●Specifications
· Side & Rear Walls: Plywood painted in white with aluminum frame (2.5m high×1m Wide)
· Carpet will be laid over the entire stand area.
·Fascia: Fascia board set at a height of 2.2m will be erected at each open frontage. The fascia will carry the exhibitor’s English & Chinese name and stand number.
·Two spot lights(100W) will be supplied.
·Electricity Outlet: One for each exhibitor
·One ormation Desk & one chair
·One round table& 3 Chairs
·Glass Showcase: one for each exhibitor
·Trash can: one for each exhibitor
·Provide Cleaning Service for each exhibitor

>> If exhibitors wish to advertise, please apply to the ”Directory Advertisement” category in the “Application for Utility Services & Directory Advertisement”
>> The advertisement fee must be paid with the application. The exhibitor has to consult the Fair Management in advance for availability of the pages for the advertisement except inside pages.
>> After booking advertisement, please send films or computerized image files of the advertisement to the Fair Management.
－ Film size: 210mm (width) ×285 mm(height) with the margin of the image to 5mm.

Copies of Exhibition Catalogue will be distributed to exhibitors and visitors at the fair, traders, professionals, government officials and management executives. Advertising in it enables your products to be introduced to the biggest market in the world. Please send the artwork films 1 month ahead of Exhibition to Canton Universal Fair Group Ltd.

*Color entrance tickets: the front is the cover, and the back carries advertisements.

Advertising is opening to exhibitors and non-exhibitors
-To ensure the printing quality and the publishing punctuality, advertising films and artworks are required to be submitted at least 15 days before the open of exhibition.
-The advertisement is on a ‘First pay, first served’ basis. And the charges for the advertising film are not included in the above-mentioned prices.

Ways to Pay
Choice 1: Divided payments
50% of participation fee, charges for utility services and directory advertisements shall be paid upon application within 5 working days and the remaining 50% to be paid 1 month prior to Exhibition to Faircanton Banking Account.

Choice 2:One-off payment
Remit the total amount of participation fee upon submitting the application Form within 10 working days.

－Please specify the company name on the remittance
－Send the bank transfer slip by Email to interfood@faircanton.com.
－Remittance fee MUST be paid by your side.
